Independence Post 1947

Cheers to our Independence day that reminds me every year to value our lives and make the best of it.

However, the very word ‘independence’ ignites so many questions and ongoing freedom wars in my head. Although, this very blog is a testimony to the freedom of thought and expression that we constantly assert. It makes me sad to think that there are some proponents of orthodox and prejudiced ideologies in our world who try to curb our independence.

I believe that it’s a continuing war that helps us to remain even more motivated and diligent in our efforts to value different perspectives and promote a healthy discussion of ideas.

Kudos to all the thinkers!
